He and his wife, Mandy, raised their family of four in Rowlett, growing close with their neighborhood's families.
Louis has been actively involved in the community through his membership in the Rowlett City Academy and
the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce, where he is a member of Class 28 of Leadership Rowlett.
For over 15 years, Louis has been the CEO of Metropolitan Infrastructure, a civil engineering company. As CEO, he has gained valuable business experience, leadership skills, and technical expertise that will make him an asset to Rowlett City Council.
Louis has a passion for getting involved and making a difference in his community.

Louis Frisbie has been a resident of Rowlett for over 20 years. He and his wife, Mandy, raised their family of four in Rowlett and became close friends with their neighbors. Louis is the CEO and founder of Metropolitan Infrastructure, PLLC, a professional engineering firm. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
